Vincent Fabié

President and Partner
Former attorney at law, Vincent graduated in Business Law at Université Paris II and in Business Administration (MBA) at ESSEC Grande Ecole. He was also a scholar at Berkeley law school where he graduated in IT law (LLM/JSP) and where he has founded Eclosing.

Alexandre Petrovic

Chief Operations Officer
Eclosing partner and former managing director at Altran, Alexandre has more than twenty years of experience in digitalization consulting and design of high value-added solutions. He graduated from ESC Grenoble / GEM Management of Technology.

Marc Tabet

Chief International Officer
Former international marketing specialist at BNP Paribas Private Banking, he is in charge of the international developement of Eclosing. He graduated in business management at Dauphine University in Paris and is also a lecturer at Univesite St Joseph in Fintech & Digital Marketing in Beirut.

 

In addition, Eclosing board of directors consists of six members with extensive experience as lawyer, auditor and / or independent director :

• Patrick Alexandre, President and CEO of Servair (catering)
